User Agreement

Users may read and reference the site for personal decision support. Users may not misrepresent the site as a licensed contractor, manufacturer, inspector, official standards body, or local authority.

If the site later adds accounts, saved projects, reviews, comments, uploads, booking, payment, or marketplace features, the agreement must be expanded before those features go live. Current v1 assumes static educational content only.
